New agency: Valence

Since July 1st, a new ECR Environnement south-east regional agency has opened in Valence in the Drôme department of France (26). The agency consists of 2 topographers who mainly work on network detection and 1 assistant/draughtsman.
One of the first goals is to obtain the georeferencing and network detection certification.
