Roads and utilities and urban development engineering
ECR ENVIRONNEMENT takes action with private and public actors in the construction and development sectors for advice, assistance or project management on roads and utilities infrastructures.
The quality of the roads and utilities engineering services is a permanent objective which has led ECR ENVIRONNEMENT to be granted several awards and qualifications in 2011 and 2012.
ECR Environnement carries out roads and utilities project management missions for public space development projects, most often with a team consisting of a town planner architect and/or a landscaper, or even a lighting engineer adviser, a computer graphics designer, or other specialized design offices.
Our roads and utilities missions may apply, in full or in part, from the works feasibility study to the acceptance phase and include any additional missions related to geotechnics, environment or topography.
ECR ENVIRONNEMENT has been granted a qualification for roads and utilities by the OPQIBI (organization for engineering qualification) relating to the 1812 certificate (realization of complex roads and utilities).
ECR Environnement carries out project management missions on roads and utilities situated next to public or service, commercial facilities or private housing.
We may take action either directly on behalf of building owners, or subcontracted, or in collaborative contracting with architects or public works companies.
Our missions may either focus only on public works companies tenders or from the bidding phase to the works acceptance phase for architects. They may include also specific geotechnical, hydraulic or environmental missions.
ECR Environnement carries out roads and utilities project management missions for housing or business operations, most often with a team consisting of architects, town planner architects, landscapers, and possibly engineers specializing in urban transport and ecology, renewable energies, sociology, or computer graphics.
Our missions may apply, in full or in part, from works feasibility study to acceptance phase and possibly include geotechnical and environmental studies.
In 2012, in recognition of our services quality, we have been awarded the 1st Departmental Prize for Sustainable Urban Planning, bestowed by the CAUE 49 (architecture, town planning and environment councils for the 49th French department) for a 25-hectare (@62 acres) operation in May-sur-Evre.
ECR Environnement carries out project management missions for annual sewage treatment programs.
Our missions may be extended in full or in part from works feasibility study to acceptance phase, including subsidy application files, topographic surveys and geotechnical studies.
